2. Subject of the Contract

The scope of these Terms and Conditions (T&C) covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Provider (hereinafter: Website). The contract is concluded electronically between the Customer (hereinafter: Customer) and the Provider in the Hungarian language.

3. Ordering Process

  1. The Customer selects the desired product or service.

  2. By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, the Customer submits the order.

  3. The Provider confirms the receipt of the order via e-mail.

  4. The contract is thereby concluded.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The displayed prices are gross prices, including VAT (if applicable).

  • The Customer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product (or concluding the contract for services).

  • The intention to withdraw must be notified via e-mail or post.

  • The product must be returned in undamaged condition.

  • The cost of return shall be borne by the Customer.

  • The Provider will refund the amount within 14 days.

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Custom-made products or digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's consent.

7. Complaint Handling

  • The Customer may lodge a complaint through the Provider’s contact details.

  • The Provider will record complaints in writing and respond within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer may turn to a conciliation body (Békéltető Testület).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

  • Technical errors that may occur on the site.

  • Misunderstandings resulting from errors made by the Customer.

  • Fulfillment problems arising from incorrect data entry.

9. Copyright

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed.

  • The contract is governed by Hungarian law.

  • The Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the T&C, which shall not affect previous orders.
